Riverside : Sherman Indian - Restoration of Centennial Rose Garden

Loving Sherman! A garden project focusing on restoring the Centennial Rose Garden  that honors the staff, students and tribes represented at Sherman Indian High School over the past century.

Bring gardening gloves and tools.  Lunch provided as well as an opportunity to learn more about the history and importance of Sherman Indian High School.

Here is what we need:

1. Volunteers to come out on Feb 25th to weed, dig, garden, etc.  Bring your own gardening gloves and garden tools (please mark with your name on them).  We will be having a follow up day in March (date tbd) to finish project so stay tuned for the 2nd date to be posted.

2.  Donations of Rose bushes (specific colors), please contact me for info or make a donation to Love Riverside for the supplies needed.

3.  We need gifts in kind of water, coffee and lunch.

4.  We need you to spread the word to others about how they can sign up to serve at this project or other upcoming projects to show some "love in action" to the people and city of Riverside.  Follow us on social media to get frequent updates (facebook, instagram, twitter).
